From first contact to paid service.

LeadGarage keeps customer details, automatic lead status, schedules, billing, and follow-up notes connected in the same working system.

The useful stuff. Nothing buried.

A focused CRM for customer follow-up, service scheduling, payment tracking, and the daily work of a field-service team.

01

Automatic lead status

Scheduling sets Service Scheduled. Paid work becomes Paid Customer. Overdue unpaid work becomes Past Due. Cancel or delete the service and the lead returns to Contact Made.

02

One-off or recurring work

Create one visit or monthly services for 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months—or choose a custom end date. Each visit keeps its own billing record.

03

Billing on every service

Record the amount, Paid or Not Paid status, and payment method: Cash, Card, Check, Online, or Other.

04

Reports that match the work

See Calendar, Today, This Month, and Completed service views, plus Paid and Not Paid invoice reports with totals and service-date filters.

05

Two kinds of notes

Keep editable, internal-only Customer Notes pinned to the record and add dated Follow-Up Notes to the customer timeline.

06

Safer customer records

Duplicate records are blocked. Archive and restore customers without losing their history. Real logins keep each company’s data separate.

Built like a workbench, not a cockpit.

Field-service teams need one reliable place to know who called, what the property needs, what is scheduled, and whether the work was paid.

Made for field-service operations

Pest control, lawn care, and exterior-service teams can work from the same customer-centered system.

Less manual status chasing

Lead status reacts to scheduled, cancelled, deleted, paid, and past-due service activity.

Customer context stays intact

Residential or commercial, one visit or a recurring series—the record carries contact, property, note, service, and billing history.

Straight answers.

What kinds of businesses is LeadGarage made for?

Field-service businesses such as pest control, lawn care, and exterior-service companies that need customer follow-up, scheduling, and billing in one place.

How does automatic lead status work?

A scheduled service sets Service Scheduled. Cancelling or deleting that service returns the lead to Contact Made. Paid work moves the customer to Paid Customer, while overdue unpaid work becomes Past Due.

Can LeadGarage handle recurring service?

Yes. Create monthly recurring service for 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, or choose a custom end date. Every visit is a separate service record with its own cost and payment state.

How are notes organized?

Customer Notes are editable internal-only remarks pinned to the record. Follow-Up Notes form a dated timeline for calls, results, and ongoing context.

What happens when a customer is archived?

The record is removed from active work without being deleted. It can be restored later with its full customer, service, payment, and note history intact.

Is company data separated?

Yes. LeadGarage uses real user logins and keeps each company’s records separated. Users can also change their password or log out from the side navigation.
